One of the world’s leading super sports car manufacturers required a partner to assist with their rapid development programme to produce a full scale verification model of a complete door (‘A’ & ‘B’ surfaces), in order to conduct seal fit and crush testing. The model also doubled up using the full finished ‘A’ surface as a styling aid for further wing mirror development.

This model was machined directly from a solid block of ureol, in our 5 axis CNC machining facility. R&R Technologies were able to produce a finished verification model to a very high specification, meeting both budget and aggressive development schedule by utilizing it’s suite of in-house services.
