One of our largest projects to date has been the construction of a full-scale section of a civil airliner, for a world leading aircraft interior design house.

The model had a fully finished exterior and a functioning interior. The base model consisted of a steel chassis, onto which a composite material framework was constructed.

The fully functional interior featured all passenger and crew seating, luggage compartments, catering facilities, safety equipment, air conditioning and electronics.

This project was completed in a 13 week lead-time, utilising all of R&R Technologies in-house services and our 24/7 capabilities.
