R&R Technologies offer a very flexible rapid tooling service tailored to suit individual project needs. We are used to working in an environment where concurrent engineering practices are commonplace. This flexibility and ability to work with demanding programme lead times make us the first choice for many of our customers. R&R Technologies manufacturing systems are configured to ensure that we have a high level of CAD/CAM integration. All our mould designs are fully defined in a 3D solid modelling environment, with full CAM capability directly linked to a 6 station CAD office working direct from 3D control data.

R&R consistently satisfy our customer requirements by manufacturing aluminium moulds using our dedicated toolroom which is equipped with a full range of machine tools including Lathes, Mills, surface grinders and spark erosion machines, to compliment our state of the art high speed machining CNC division.

R&R produce aluminium and steel injection mould tools up to 1.5 tonnes and have supplied moulded and fully finished parts in as little as 5 working days in some cases giving you real components in production intent materials. We also offer full trialling facilities, short batch runs plus full production runs in partnership with our sister company, who have an established reputation in competitive, highly cosmetic and aesthetically pleasing mouldings.
